Instructions on gathering / rehearsing on days we sing in the services

8:30 Service

You will need to bring your child to the main sanctuary promptly at 7:45 for rehearsal, this time schedule is very tight so please try to be on time! Once we rehearse with the band – I will take the choir downstairs for bathrooms, prayer time etc. We will stay together as a group until the point they sing in the service – then they will be released to either sit with you (Acorn choir) or dismissed to Celebration Station (KOK). In either case, please try to sit close to the front so your child can see you! That tends to overcome a lot of nervousness.

10:00 / 11:30 Service

Please bring your child to room 150 at 9:30 for rehearsal. We will rehearse, and then go up to sing at the 10:00. Once finished I will escort your child to their Sunday school class. After Sunday school we will meet up in Room 150 again (if your child is in Acorn Choir I will pick them up from Sunday school) to rehearse and have a short snack before heading up to sing at the 11:30. Once we finish singing at the 11:30, I will bring your child back to Room 150 where you can pick them up at 11:45.

5:30 Service

Please bring your child to the garden chapel at 4:45 for rehearsal. We will rehearse with the band, and then go to Room 150 for a snack break. At 5:30 your child will be brought back to the Garden Chapel to sit with you until they are called up to sing…
