A ministry of Partners International
Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” – Matthew 5:10
November 13, 2005 is the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church . Truly, God grants His mercy to this church to face each day fully aware of the costs faith may require.
These are selected praise and prayer requests from 37 churches in Turkey , representing over 3000 Christians…
-- Light A. Church - One night stones were thrown into the home of someone from our church by someone(s) we don't know. But thank the Lord nothing happened to those at home. Please pray for this situation.
-- PROTESTANT CHURCH - We have begun to see fruit in the local areas that we have been ministering in. The Lord has placed it on our heart as a church to offer an evangelism ministry on the internet. To bring this about, we are praying and trying to save money for a good computer system. If you would also pray for this, we would appreciate it.
-- Vision Church - Our church is now starting. May it start with the power of the Holy Spirit.
-- Bible Church - For about 3 months we have been praying and preparing to establish home groups (preparing various materials, developing home group leaders, and preparing questions for an 8-week study on Philippians). We believe the groups will be beneficial for our church.
-- Protestant Church - A special concert will be held on November 16. A woman is coming from Japan and will give a concert to the local people. Please pray for the preparations we are doing in partnership with the Turkish and Japanese associations.
-- Christ's Church - At the end of this month a seminar is being organized on the subject of inner healing, freedom from bondage, and being perfected. Some people from other churches will attend. Pray that God would anoint this seminar in a powerful way and that many who attend would be changed.
What you see above is just a taste of the work, love, and ministry going on in Turkey . Let us open our hearts to pray and remember : • The churches and workers tilling the soil in Turkey for our Lord.
Thank you for your faithful support for the ministry of Partners International, my family, our office, and NA/ME
