Jose founded the first and only national church planting agency in the largely Muslim country of Senegal. Growing up in the Dakar Evangelical Church, the Lord has called him to a larger dimension of ministry to the two dominant Islamic tribes around him. Through proactive wholistic service—medicine, education and economic help—in local villages and prayerful interaction with the village chief and elders, Jose has witnessed numerous churches being planted in Muslim towns. These groups of believers are born with the built-in vision of reaching other surrounding villages with the same good news of Christ. Our support to him goes primarily to underwrite these church planting teams which he trains and oversees. Jose and France-Lise have three children: Narissa, Ianis and Dorina.
