The Alpha course is a ten-week opportunity to explore the validity and relevance of the Christian Faith to your life today. It is a practical introduction to the basics of Christianity centered around a meal, a talk and small-group discussion. The 10 week course includes: - A kickoff dinner with lively conversation followed by a talk on the relevance of Christianity. Enjoy the evening and decide if you want to participate in the remaining 9 weeks.
- Each week thereafter gather for a meal in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know others who are taking the course. Develop new friendships with others who are asking similar questions.
- After dinner there is a thought-provoking talk about the relevance and reality of the Christian faith. The talks are entertaining and filled with personal stories that focus on the application of the Christian faith in our lives.
- Following the talks is a small group interactive discussion about what you are learning and related questions. This is your chance to air concerns and ask the tough questions.
