Monday, May 14 • Annual Lawndale Flower Planting • 9:00 a.m.
Join with some of our Lawndale friends for a few hours of planting flowers in front of and around Lawndale Community Church.  Meet at Christ Church at 9:00 a.m. - we will carpool from there.  We will also enjoy a delicious lunch at Lou Malnati's.  Bring tools if you have them (including shovels) and money for lunch.  Contributions towards the purchase of the flowers are welcomed!

Stop by the church parking lot for a free car wash!  Optional donations support the upcoming high school mission trip to San Francisco where students will hand out bags filled with necessities to people living without a home.

The REVEAL survey (open to all who call Christ Church home) offers an opportunity for you to express your thoughts on our journey as a church.  The survey takes about 25 minutes.  The results will have a direct impact on the life of our church.

Children's Musical: Go, Go Jonah! Saturday, April 21 • 5:30 p.m. Sunday, April 22 • 10:00 a.m. Both performances will be webcast on Live Stream at www.cc-ob.org/media. This mission-minded musical is based on the book of Jonah and teaches the importance of obeying God and how we are to love others as He loves us.  April 22: Regular worship services at 8:30 and 11:30 a.m.  The 10:00 a.m. worship service will be the Children's Musical only.  Sunday School for that hour is cancelled.

Clients are often in need of seasonal clothing and have come to count on your generous donations.  Thank you for meeting their needs.  Please put clothing donations in plastic bags labeled MEN, WOMEN, CHILD, or TEEN.  There will be a white truck designated for donations in the parking lot outside the Fellowship Hall church entrance.  Volunteers will be there to help you unload your vehicle.

Our children’s ministry offers weekend worship opportunities from nursery-aged children up to fifth grade, as well as Preschool during the week.
   • 78 children are in Preschool classes during the week.
    • 80 children share their voices for choir.
    • 75 children meet for Celebration Station.
    • 270 children attend Sunday School during the 10:00 worship hour on Sundays.
    • Two to ten babies are in the nursery during worship hours.
