He and his wife Lily will soon be leaving Chicagoland and returning to the shores of the Pacific for a well-deserved rest and redeployment in God's service. Please join us for a celebration of their life and ministry.

From 6:30-7:30 a.m. and 12:00-1:00 p.m. worshipers may enjoy a quiet time of personal reflection and receive the imposition of ashes in the Garden Chapel. The imposition of ashes will also be offered at 9:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary during Lenten morning prayer on this day. At 6:30 p.m. we will recognize the start of the Lenten season with a worship service in the Sanctuary, led by Mr. Eric Camfield and the Christ Church Chamber Singers.

Christians across history have participated in praying what we know as "the hours." During the Lenten season, all are welcome to join us Tuesdays-Fridays for traditional morning prayer including Psalms, Scripture, and silent reflection. STEWARDSHIP NOTES
Last weekend, 97 students and 21 adult mentors attended the middle school winter retreat with MS Coordinator Peter Stearns.
• Suanne Camfield led students through Ephesians 5:8 and challenged the group to live as children of the light!
• Prayer and worship throughout the weekend was a reminder of how authentic and real a relationship with Jesus is.
• Many students made commitments to not simply attend church and call themselves Christians, but to also be Christ's light in a dark world.
If you would like to help provide assistance for campers with financial need, you can make a donation to Christ Church of Oak Brook noting "Camp Benevolence Fund" in the memo.

This 13-week program is for people grieving the loss of someone close. Videos feature interviews with leading authors, counselors, and pastors with years of expertise in grief recovery.
