      Difficult circumstances or choices often require us to seek special assistance.    
      Members of the Visitation Ministry are available for home and hospital visitations for
      people dealing with health issues or chronic ailments.  

      The Prayer & Care office carries a variety of CareNotes which provide information on
      subjects such as grief &  loss, illness and life events.  For additional support groups
