Contemporary Worship

During these eight summer Sundays, there are two worship hours.  Please note the later times.
9:00 a.m. • Contemporary • Sanctuary
10:30 a.m. • Classic • Sanctuary
10:30 a.m. • 2HC Contemporary • Student Center
6:00 p.m. • Vespers Contemplative • Sanctuary
11:30 a.m. • Healing Prayer and Communion • July 18 and August 15 • Fireside Room
The 11:30 a.m. Classic Worship Service resumes September 12 with regular worship hours.

 
8:30 AM Contemporary Service

This warm and joyful service features contemporary worship led by a unique combination of orchestra, praise band and choir. You’ll hear the same great message as the other morning services, but in a bit more casual setting. Traditional elements like soul-stirring hymns, creeds, and corporate prayers are regularly included.

Each week we offer a children's program called Celebration Station where kids up to 3rd grade leave right before the sermon for kid-friendly activities and lesson.

 

10:00 AM 2nd Hour Contemporary (2HC) Service   
Sundays, Student Center One

Alternative and contemporary make it sound like 2HC is for a certain age group...it isn’t.  The 2HC worship experience is more about an attitude than age. 2HC engages young adults, parents, seekers, single professionals, high school students, college students, and even mature adults who want a less structured, more laid back but biblically solid, God exalting, people engaging worship experience.
