O	Our philsophy of middle school ministry can be summed up with just one color: ORANGE! ORANGE is not just a color, it's a way of thinking. It’s about the advantage of combining influences. ORANGE is about combining the church (yellow = bright lights) and the home (red = warm hearts) for the sake of impacting middle schoolers. We want to work with you to change the hearts of middle schoolers and point them to Jesus. When you think ORANGE, think about the power of combining influences to make a greater impact than just two independent influences. We depend on you to allow us into your family’s life and partner with you in the spiritual growth of your child. We consider this an awesome privilege and appreciate the trust you place in us each week when you drop off your child. We also depend on you to breathe new life into the ministry. We realize not every parent feels called to work hands-on with middle schoolers. Perhaps you will consider serving behind the scenes on a Cow Crew to support the ministry, bring your wisdom and experience to our Parent Team or simply walk alongside your student as we study through God's word. Whatever it is, let's create ORANGE together! O
